Trail mix is the perfect blend of savory, sweet and healthy – and there are so many different mix and match options.
Today I wanted to share a delicious Dark Chocolate Cherry Trail Mix recipe that’s perfect for keeping at your desk, tossing in your purse, or saving in your glove compartment for a quick pick me up.
- Pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- Dried cherries
- Dark chocolate chips
Literally just mix them together and put them in a jar. Am I a food blogger yet?
But seriously, this “recipe” is so uncomplicated. I’m taking this stuff with me everywhere. It’s perfect for a mid-afternoon pick up, or a quick breakfast on the run.
You can use tons of different ingredients to mix and match too. Try sunflower seeds, edamame, dried cranberries, raisins, pretzels, the possibilities are endless.
